As a member of the BSI National Standards Committee, Lee will be able to provide an in-depth knowledge of the various national and international standards pertaining to the industry sectors which he will be representing.
As a much valued member of the CTT team, Lee now applies his wealth of knowledge to oversee the specialist testing carried out at the various UKAS Accredited metallurgical laboratories within the Caparo portfolio.
On hearing of his appointment to the BSI Board, Lee said: “It is an honour to be part of an expert community that has developed some of the most widely adopted national and international standards in the world. Being a member of a standards committee is stimulating and intellectually challenging. Participating in a BSI Committee gives me the opportunity to help to shape future policy as well as providing an excellent forum to meet other like-minded individuals and I am grateful for the time and support that Caparo Testing Technologies has provided to me during the process”.
