Caparo Testing Technologies offers a full range of mechanical testing services from three laboratory sites in the UK.
Mechanical testing of materials include tensile testing at ambient and elevated temperatures, impact testing to sub-zero temperatures (-196°C), hardness testing (Brinell, Vickers and Rockwell), bend testing, etc., in connection with the assessment of welded samples, forged and cast products and general engineering materials.
Full workshop facilities at each mechanical testing lab site ensure a rapid and responsive service, tailored to the needs of the customer.
In addition to routine mechanical testing, metallurgical services such as microstructure evaluation, phase counting, cleanliness, micro hardness, photomicrography, etc., are also offered from each UK site.
