The Organisation operates under a Quality Management System (QMS) that has been certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 Rev B standards.
The Management is committed to developing and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
To achieve this, the management has an ongoing commitment to:
- Establish and maintain the quality policy and quality objectives.
- Ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled through contract review with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the importance of meeting customer requirements and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the work carried out by the Organisation.
- Carrying out periodic Management Reviews where quality policy, objectives, internal and external audit results are reviewed as a means of monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Provision of the necessary resources for the work being performed.
The Quality Management System is detailed in the Quality Manual and referenced procedures so that:
- All personnel understand the requirements of the quality policy and abide by the Quality Manual and associated procedures.
- The Organisation complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- The Organisation monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
- As a means of communicating the effectiveness of the QMS, copies of Management Reviews or extracts are provided to individual members of staff in accordance with their roles and responsibilities.
- Copies of the quality policy are made available to all members of staff.
- This policy is reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability for purpose.
