Caparo Testing Technologies (CTT), one of the leading UK materials testing laboratories with labs based throughout the country, recently conducted a customer survey among their materials testing customers. As a thank you the business offered one randomly selected client the chance to win a Christmas gift. Caparo Testing Technologies deliver high quality independent materials testing services to a range of clients and industries, including oil and gas, aviation, petrochemical, rail, marine, power generation and automotive. As a part of their plans for improvement, during the month of November CTT contacted a selection of materials testing customers in order to establish their most important criteria when choosing a materials testing supplier as well as benchmark the company’s performance against competitors.
While the results of the survey are currently being analysed and Caparo Testing is putting in place a comprehensive strategy to address the most important issues raised, the business would like to thank all of the clients that took time out of their busy schedules to provide them with valuable feedback. CTT is looking forward to writing to all its business partners soon, informing them of the changes they are looking to make and how these will improve the service provided to materials testing clients.
