Power plant inspection is a major sector for Caparo Testing Technologies, and technicians from many of our sites are employed every year during the maintenance and inspection of boilers, turbines, etc. at conventional and nuclear power plants.
In addition to this activity, many components such as gas turbine blades, shafts and ancillary parts are inspected in our fixed laboratory sites. We are also able to assist with the inspection of alternative energy generation, including wind turbines and geo-thermal sites.
