After two weeks during which more than 100 customer have given us their opinions on our products and services, we have today closed our 2012 customer satisfaction survey. In the next few days we will draw at random the name of one lucky respondent who will win the latest Apple iPad. More importantly, however, we look forward to analysing the results of the customer survey and finding out how we can improve our range and service delivery to better serve our clients. Rest assured that once all the work is complete we will be writing to you to let you know what we have learned and how we will improve in the future. But for now a very big thank you to all that took part.
