As a part of our continuous improvement and expansion programme, yesterday we launched a new customer survey which was emailed to a large proportion of our current customers and a selection of business that we have not dealt with for a while. We are very interested to hear everyone’s opinion on what we are doing well, but we are equally more interested in finding out what we can improve. As a thank you to all our customers for offering us their opinion we will be giving one lucky winner (chosen at random!) the possibility to take home the lastest iPad3. Or should your company not allow you to accept prizes we will also be happy to donate the equivalent amount to a charity of your choice.
Our management team and the entire staff at Caparo Testing Technolgies will be looking at the results from the customer survey, and we will be taking the appropriate actions to improve our service delivery to you in every respect. We will also be sending customers letters or emails informing them what improvements we have made and how these will help them to provide a better offer to their customers.
